Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation message/email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details (if applicable).
Orders placed on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above Rs. 3000
- Orders below this amount: flat shipping fee of Rs. 200
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days across Pakistan, depending on your city/area. Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) may receive orders sooner; remote areas may take slightly longer.
Please note: delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, or high-demand periods (e.g. sales, holidays).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please keep exact change ready for our rider at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll share your tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS/email so you can track your shipment status.
